What is Ace of Jewels?                                  

Ace of Jewels is an online jewellery store selling Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Key-Rings, Necklaces and Rings.

What is your Return Policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to orders@aceofjewels.co.uk where you will be sent further information. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. For reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings are non-returenable, unless faulty or not as described.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How does your Refund Policy work?                                                                                         

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping & Returns

When is my order shipped?

We ship our orders within 24 hours of being placed. If your order is placed on Friday after 5pm it will not be processed until Monday morning at 9am.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?  

Your order will take 3-5 working days to be shipped.

My order arrived damage/incomplete. What do I do?              

Don't worry, just send us an email with your order number and what the problem is to orders@aceofjewels.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I return my order?

Send us an email with proof of purchase to orders@aceofjewels.co.uk and we will send you further information.
